Now my life has become worth living
Since my sinner eyes saw
The pure land and its earth

My all time wish was fulfilled,

Which God entered as a human
From beautiful countries, rich and noble,
Which I have seen so far,
The highest honour is due to you.
What a wonder has happened here,
A virgin bore a cihld,
To reign over hosts of angles.

Here he - pure himself - was christened,
So that humans were pure.
Betrayed and bought here
