The first time, I accidently got a HD DVD, which my player cannot play -- I needed a 'plain' Video DVD. The second time, I got the right Video DVD, but accidently got an Audio DVD (which my player cannot play) instead of a music DVD. It is difficult on the Amazon website to determine exactly what the product is, in terms of its technical specifications and compatibility. I would have returned the products, but figured that there would be no refund or restitution, as Amazon.com would blame it on customer ineptness. However, if you want to retain technically-challenged customers like me, you should consider clarifying tech specs and/or offering to refund or exchange when customers accidently order the wrong product. I was not dissapointed. This is a great video and it's fun seeing his 'Friends' from back when. Roy Orbison has the most intriging voice and his songs are amazing.
