We heard Mandy sing at the Grand Old Opry for the live Tuesday night radio show. She sang "Hurt" and we couldn't believe how great she was and what a vocal range! We're in our late 50's and loved her singing. I wanted to jump up and give her a standing ovation but the rest of the audience just sat there. I don't know what kind of music the rest of them like to listen to but they certainly didn't seem to recognize a major talent when they heard it! I will be buying almost anything this girl sings.     Customer Reviews for Mandy Barnett Cd      Incredible talent      Rating:      I agree with all the reviews on this young woman's talent. I too am in disbelief of the lack of promotion and recognition she deserves. This music buff is very selective. I am not a huge Country Music fan, so I am even more selective of this genre. I came across Mandy Barnett's "I've Got A Right to Cry" CD in - of all places - a garage sale in our neighborhood subdivision a couple of weeks ago. I asked the folks if they knew what music genre this was. THEY DID NOT KNOW!!! (The CD owner was not around.) They offered to let me listen to it in their living room stereo. As soon as I heard her sing the first lyrics of the Title Cut, I was spellbound. I immediately bought the CD and have alredy started spreading the word. As most Physicians, there is very little time for ourselves. For a brief period tonight - an on-call weekend - I have broken away to do a netsearch of Ms. Barnett. I have come across some more of her Music on this website and some samples of some of her future work om her website, http://www.mandymusic.com/. If the Mountain does not come to Mohammed... I will continue checking the net for future performances and for her future music. THIS IS ONE GOOD THING ONE CANNOT GET ENOUGH OF. - CEAM, M.D.
