Reviews Customer Reviews for Complete Studio Recordings      The best there is until there's another music format...      Rating:      I'm of an age such that I was growing up (early adolescence) when most of Led Zeppelin's albums were released; they (along with many other "giants" of that era) provided the soundtrack to my life during the mid- to late-'70s. I've had two or three of the albums on LP or cassette, but never got the whole series, start to finish, until a year or so ago. I don't have top-of-the line audio equipment, so the issues mentioned elsewhere don't affect me as much, though I'll take that into account should I ever get a high-end system. The sound in this set suits me fine, and I find that it actually sounds just as good in the car (I try to keep the windows up in that case! Don't want to lose any of that Led Zep BOOM!) as it does inside my house. Until there's a complete set on SACD, HD-CD, or whatever format replaces the compact disc, this set will do fine.
