Reviews Customer Reviews for The Collection      Kim Wilde still Rocks!      Rating:      This is a Fanastic collection of Pop Songs, gives you great mood and takes you to a Pop Jurney, First track "Go for it" is very 80's pop but then songs getting more mature like "You Keep Me Hangin on" went # 1 in USA and around the world, Another step is a cool Duet with Junior, Cool Pop songs like You Came & Love is Holy are just adorable, there is a great ballad like 4 Letter word & I can't say goodbye, Never trust a stranger takes you to an angry experience of Miss Wilde with great vocals..And album ends with Soul & R&B meets pop "Breakin Away" and ballad "This i swear". I highly recommend anyone who likes Madonna, Kylie, Belinda, Cindy etc get this one its Goodie :)     Customer Reviews for The Collection Cd      This is Kim's TOP moment...      Rating:      Undoubtly, Kim's career is long gone. She now is a happy mother, stage musical actress (Tommy) and has not released a record in ages. But just buy this compilation that sums up all of the singles she released when under contract with MCA and you will be able to refreshen some great moments from your memories. 18 tracks, including the American # 1 hit YOU KEEP ME HANGING ON. ANOTHER STEP (CLOSER TO YOU) is a nice, rock-driven duet with British '80's black sensation Junior. YOU CAME is probably the most recognized song for the european market buyers, a real HIT, along with HEY MISTER HEARTACHE (written by Junior) and NEVER TRUST A STRANGER. FOUR LETTER WORD and I CAN'T SAY GOODBYE are nice ballads, so much as TIME is an uplifting - and under-rated - tune. LOVE IS HOLY is Kim collaborating with Belinda Carlisle's longtime writing team Rick Nowels (also Madonna...)and Ellen Shipley. To top it all, Kim's real last hit in Europe, The Bee Gees' cover of IF I CAN'T HAVE YOU is present here. You were a teenager back then? Then you can't miss this...
