Reviews Customer Reviews for Music For The Divine      GOD is back      Rating:      Glenn Hughes has always been a God, but he really cemented his standing with one of the greatest albums I have ever heard, the amazing Soulmover (2005). I didn't think he'd ever be able to touch that kind of greatness again at this point in his career... I was wrong. I shouldn't have underestimated God. Music for the Divine is just that... Divine and right up there with Soulmover. "You got Soul" is easily one of his best ever. Just classic throat ripping goodness. Really this whole album is amazing.     Customer Reviews for Music For The Divine Cd      WHAT A BUMMER      Rating:      Loved SOUL MOVER. A 5 star effort that really rocked and was full of monster hooks. Even the somewhat inane lyrics couldn't detract from the music. The inane lyrics are still here, but the hooks have gone AWOL. Still some rocking moments, but no memorable songs on this one. It almost sounds like they are trying way too hard despite having entered the studio without any worthwhile tunes. I would recommend that you stick to SOUL MOVER and give this one a wide birth.
