Reviews Customer Reviews for Britney Spears Greatest Hits My Prerogative Videos Rating: If you are a big britney fan. You can take two routes. You be responsible and buy this so the artist can make money or you can go on youtube and watch the videos on their. I say this because on this dvd it has all of her singles on here starting from "hit me baby one more time" to My Prerogative' but it does not have Do Something or her current singles on Blackout
Customer Reviews for Britney Spears Greatest Hits My Prerogative Cd truth! Rating: OK OK...I know Britney has alot of haters...and alot of them hate her for her image and personal (that's gone public) life. I'm going to comment on her MUSIC because as a musical artist, that's what needs attention the most. Not anything else...and let's face it. Britney Spears is drop-dead naturally gorgeous...I don't care whether she's pregnant or shaving her head, she's extremely beautiful.
Her videos are just FUN. You can dance along to them and they are highly entertaining not to mention VERY ADDICTIVE. Her early videos are the best...ever since "Don't Let Me Be The Last To Know", they went TOO FAR into sexuality. I don't like feeling that I'm watching a Playboy-wannabe flaunt her stuff on camera. You can go to Youtube for that.
I do like about half the videos on this DVD, however. I bought this for the videos - not the bonuses...those are as they say, BONUSES. I'm not going to let that influence my review. Ok, Britney's voice is very tampered with, as most all know. That is her reason for lipsynching. She has a beautiful, deep-toned voice...but it's not the one you hear on her early songs. "Bottom Of My Broken Heart" is closest to hearing her original style on this DVD though. Anyway, once she goes into her songs from the "In The Zone" album, her voice increases in its nasal-y sound which I find highly annoying, therefore, I don't watch the videos that far. And btw, her latest album is CRAP. Her albums "Baby One More Time...", "Oops! I Did It Again!", and "Britney" are very good for listening though. Just keep in mind, her voice is slightly editted.
Overall, this collection is worth the cheap price it's offered for. I'm not a diehard Britney fan...but I do like to reflect on her older days...when she actually had some decency about her. I wouldn't buy this DVD though if it was priced over [...]$.
