Reviews Customer Reviews for Where We Belong      Why this one is out of stock and what makes it worth a listen      Rating:      Ever heard the name Craig Harper? No? Well, he recently did a send-up of the song, No Matter What, on Britain's version of American Idol (sort of), called You've Got Talent. It is really more of a talent show but there are plenty of singers or people who imitate singers and this guy was one who did a rather amusing rendition of No Matter What by Boyzone. That alone has been enough to get people to take a look at Boyzone again and the timing is perfect. Why? Because news info (one source: BBC news) indicates that the group will be touring again. Perhaps Harper's performance on Britains Got Talent will help promote Boyzone - or vice versa - as Boyzone gears up for its tour. I have to say that even though I liked the song No Matter What and plenty of others on this one, it got a revival on my player after the show. Even Ronan Keating, who left the band to pursue his own career as a soloist, will join the group. Keating was one of the two singers parodied or imitated by Harper. The band was quite successful overseas, forming back in 1994 and managing to have at least 16 top hits (I believe they were in a row, with no breaks in between!). So there is some info about the group (above) If you've listened to Boyzone much, you'll detect a new maturity on some of the songs here, particularly the cover song, Where We Belong. I can't say the lyrics are super original but I'm sure some will disagree with me, especially avid fans. What is refreshing is the group's evolution and continued growth as musicians. It really really speaks to the heart. It's very mature and their lyrics are oh so true. If you need to soften up and add some truth to your heart, this is the CD. It speaks of love, in times of happiness and times of heart aches. I must say, it is simply grand!
